CHALLENGE

The client was facing inefficiencies in its manual user verification process. The process was not only time-consuming and unscalable, but also left the platform vulnerable to potential fraud, lacking robust checks for identity verification and document authenticity.

SOLUTION

The user verification process was automated using AWS Textract to extract and interpret documents, while AWS Rekognition was integrated to perform facial recognition, ensuring authenticity and preventing fraud. External APIs were added for secondary verification, cross-checking user data with trusted sources to enhance security. Built on a cloud-based infrastructure with AWS S3, Lambda, and MongoDB, the system ensures scalability and robust data protection through end-to-end encryption and strict access controls.
